Pneumatic components

We also do the friction welding of pneumatic cylinder tubes and piston rods. Pneumatic cylinders are often made from aluminium, a material that we can friction weld.

We can, for example, attach bases to tubes or piston heads to piston rods by means of friction welding.

We can process tube material diameters ranging between 20 mm and 160 mm. The applicable surface area may not exceed 6500 mm².

We can process rod material diameters ranging between 20 mm and 90 mm, while the same 6500 mm² surface area applies.

Besides friction welding, we provide added services by performing pre- or post-machining on one of our CNC controlled lathes. This enables us to supply a complete product from start to finish if required.
